Who Qualifies?

  • Age 18 through 64
  • Receive SSI or SSDI
  • Employed or Unemployed
  • Participation is completely free and voluntary
  • To receive services -> enrollment is required

Employment Services and Support:

  • Services are provided virtually or in person (by appointment)
  • Assistance with resume writing and cover letters
  • Employment application guidance and support
  • Job interview preparation
  • Networking skills
  • Job searching skills
  • Work with you to located job leads via internet searches, hiring events, and employer outreach
  • Workplace accommodations planning
  • Advocacy and community referral resources
  • Collaborate with your service providers or support team
  • Onsite Certified Work Incentives Practitioner can help with benefits planning or help you locate SSA’s Community Work Incentives Coordinators
  • Individualized long term ongoing post-employment services
