Who Qualifies?
- Age 18 through 64
- Receive SSI or SSDI
- Employed or Unemployed
- Participation is completely free and voluntary
- To receive services -> enrollment is required

- Assistance with resume writing and cover letters
- Employment application guidance and support
- Job interview preparation
- Networking skills
- Job searching skills
- Work with you to located job leads via internet searches, hiring events, and employer outreach
- Workplace accommodations planning
- Advocacy and community referral resources
- Collaborate with your service providers or support team
- Onsite Certified Work Incentives Practitioner can help with benefits planning or help you locate SSA’s Community Work Incentives Coordinators
- Individualized long term ongoing post-employment services
