When Robert was reentering the workforce, he just needed an opportunity to show what he could do. Formerly a participant, Robert now manages our Custodial Training program at Goodwill Southern California.

Each year the National Retail Federation (NRF) recognizes an exceptional member of the retail industry for their participation and completion of their training program. Alex Garcia, employee at Goodwill SoCal Eagle Rock, was recognized in 2019.
