Goodwill Southern California Exchange Policy: 

All items (with the exception of drinks) may be exchanged at any Goodwill Southern California location within sixty (60) days of the original date of purchase if the original price tag is attached to the item and the original receipt for the item is provided. Items must be in original condition. Soiled or damaged returns will not be accepted. Items will be credited at the original sales price as indicated on the receipt. We are unable to issue vouchers, credits or store refunds. Therefore, items may only be exchanged on the day they are returned to the store. We appreciate your business and thank you for your cooperation.
